Job Description
The Eastside Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance, curb appeal, and upkeep of properties under management with McCullough Development, Inc. The position requires cleaning facilities and common areas, operating cleaning equipment, and reporting damages or unsafe conditions.
Requirements
- Clean assigned facilities and common areas
- Perform turnover cleanings
- Operate cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report damages, unsafe conditions, and items needing repair
- Assist with snow removal, raking leaves, and other outdoor tasks
- Abide safety standards and wear proper protective equipment
- Maintain accurate payroll timesheets and work orders
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
