Job Description
Join our team at MCD Global Health as a Prevention Services Coordinator for the Tobacco and Substance Use Prevention and Control Program at the Maine Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC). The successful candidate will oversee several prevention services contracts, ensure contract compliance, and provide technical assistance to contracted providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Social Work or a closely related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience with primary prevention work, preferably substance use prevention
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and multiple tasks independently
