Associate Contract Management Spec

The Associate Contract Management Specialist will utilize existing Contract Management practice and procedures to solve routine or standard problems, contributing to the on-time delivery of projects and maximizing commercial success. They will assist in assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks, and assist with management of subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Contribute to the on-time delivery of projects

• Assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare tenders and contract documents
• Collaborate with project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements
• Draft contractual correspondence and notices
• Change management and claims
• Contractual claims identification and notification
