The Human Resource Representative will administer the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Requirements
- Assists with the administration of compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Schedule, administer, and execute new co-worker orientation and onboarding
- Provide support to co-workers in various HR-related topics such as leave of absence (LOA) and disability coordination
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Manage annual performance management process under the direction of HR Manager
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist in gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics
- Maintain co-worker files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, advocating for proper use of perks and benefits and assisting in organizing team building activities
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
