Construction Surveyor / Survey Technician

McElhanney has an opportunity for Construction Surveyors / Survey Technicians to join our team based in Edmonton and around Alberta! This is a great opportunity for an individual that is looking to grow their career in Surveying with a well-established Survey and Engineering Consultancy.

Requirements

• Two-year technical diploma in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or relatable subject with at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Competence in the fundamentals and correct use of Total Stations is a necessity
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Physical ability to work on varied terrain, potentially over long days and the ability to lift heavy equipment
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License is mandatory
