McElhanney is seeking an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer to enhance technical depth and build their team within their Geotechnical division. The successful candidate will act as an influential leader, motivating and working with a high-performing team of technical professionals while providing technical input and design on a wide variety of challenging projects.
Requirements
- University degree in Geotechnical/Geological Engineering or Civil Engineering with a geotechnical emphasis
- A minimum of 5+ years progressive experience in relevant geotechnical field
- Registration as an EIT or P.Eng. in Alberta and British Columbia or be eligible for registration
- Strong technical, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills (Budgeting, project financials monitoring, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and with a multidisciplinary team in various locations
