Job Description
McElhanney is seeking an Intermediate Structural Engineer to enhance their growing team in Kelowna, BC. The role involves collaborating with local and regional teams to deliver structural engineering pursuits to well-established clients. The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, 10+ years of experience in structural design, and registration as a P.Eng. in any Canadian province or territory.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution
- 10+ years of experience in structural design
- Registration in good standing as a P.Eng. in any Canadian province or territory
- Knowledge & experience with National and Provincial Building Codes
- Proficiency with structural engineering software, such as RISA or SAP2000
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
