Requirements
- A minimum of one year previous Primary Care Provider experience required
- Graduation from an accredited program
- Currently licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the State of Iowa
- Currently certified or have the ability to be certified by the appropriate governing body
- Must be able to see patients of all ages
