Requirements
- Administrative experience
- Secretarial Studies or Office Systems diploma
- Knowledge of student affairs functions
- Intermediate ability with spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, Banner (SIS), Minerva and email
- English and French, spoken and written
- Fluent English level 4 (written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and discretion
