Job Description
The Housing Case Manager provides coordination and case management for young men and women who have experienced homelessness, requiring supportive housing and other living resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
- Experience working with homeless or vulnerable populations
- Experience working in the housing field
- Proven ability to maintain high productivity while functioning in a flexible environment
- Proven ability to apply crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
- Proven ability to apply theories of the Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed approaches
