Job Description
This position connects those experiencing homelessness with housing in the form of temporary financial assistance and supportive services in Douglas, Sarpy, and Pottawattamie Counties using the Housing First model.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services
- Two years direct care experience in Human Services
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- High level of social work skills, practice, and knowledge
