Job Description
McKeever Price Chopper is seeking an experienced Assistant Bakery Manager to lead their baking department, ensuring excellent quality, service, and employee management. This role involves overseeing daily operations, product presentation, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction, while adhering to food safety standards. The manager will also handle inventory, custom orders, and team tasks.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience in bakery management or food production leadership
- Knowledge of bakery operations, food safety standards, and recipe compliance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively
- Customer-focused with a passion for food and service
- Willing to obtain a food handler permit (assistance provided by McKeever’s)
