We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bakery Manager to lead our bakery department with excellence. The Bakery Manager will oversee daily bakery operations, product presentation, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience in bakery management or food production leadership required
- Knowledge of bakery operations, food safety standards, and recipe compliance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively
- Customer-focused with a passion for food and service
- Willing to obtain a food handler permit (assistance provided by McKeever’s)
