Billing Specialist

This position will work in a collaborative team environment, managing a high volume of billing with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Managing outside rental
• General purchasing
• Generate documentation
• Generate project transaction reports
• Manage accounts payable problem invoices
• Work with PMs on project-specific reporting, scheduling, billing, etc.
• Maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, vendors, and onsite team
• Maintain owner-controlled insurance program
