Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in healthcare customer service, patient support, patient services, or medical program coordination OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting patients or customers in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Strong proficiency with business systems and technology (e.g., case management systems, CRM tools, MS Office).
