Night Shift Operations Supervisor 8pm - 5am

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead night-shift warehouse teams in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role involves supervising and coordinating warehouse activities, leading and developing employees, and ensuring safe and accurate operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience (supervisor/lead/manager)
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-development abilities
• Ability to analyze operational data and use MS Office tools
• Ability to multitask and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work Sunday–Thursday nights with overtime as needed
