Job Description

The Operations Supervisor oversees daily production activities within an Automated Pharmacy Refill Center, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate workflow.
Requirements
- Supervise daily central fill operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and productivity
- Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and make realātime adjustments to maintain performance
- Manage staffing assignments, intraday scheduling, and system thresholds
- Support SOP development, training, and compliance requirements
- Lead incident investigations and drive root-cause and corrective actions
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for the technician team
- Collaborate with internal partners and couriers to meet service level commitments
- Assist with technician duties as needed (training, dispensing, replenishment)
