Operations Supervisor

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities within an Automated Pharmacy Refill Center, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate workflow.

Requirements

• Supervise daily central fill operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and productivity
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time adjustments to maintain performance
• Manage staffing assignments, intraday scheduling, and system thresholds
• Support SOP development, training, and compliance requirements
• Lead incident investigations and drive root-cause and corrective actions
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for the technician team
• Collaborate with internal partners and couriers to meet service level commitments
• Assist with technician duties as needed (training, dispensing, replenishment)
