Job Description
The Group Leader - ICP-MS (Metals) will lead a team to meet client expectations by efficiently generating defensible data on time. The role involves personnel supervision, conflict resolution, accurate communication, project scheduling, and instrument calibration and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or equivalent experience
- Well versed in majority of the Metals methods
- Skilled in ICP-MS operation, problem solving and maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to organize, communicate, and facilitate priorities to staff in an effective manner
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down barriers to organizational communication
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
