Assistant Lab Manager (ICP, XRF, Metals)

Manage laboratory operations, develop and implement procedures, ensure accurate analysis, and provide technical guidance to staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on industry trends, and manage client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Material Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory management, with a focus on precious metals, ICP, and XRF analysis
• Strong knowledge and experience in operating ICP and XRF instruments
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of quality management systems and laboratory accreditation requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Experience in precious metals industry is a plus
