Lab Manager/ Assistant Lab Manager (Precious Metals, ICP)

Manage and oversee laboratory operations specializing in precious metals, ICP, and XRF analysis, develop and maintain laboratory procedures, and provide technical guidance to staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Material Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory management
• Strong knowledge and experience in operating ICP and XRF instruments
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of quality management systems and laboratory accreditation requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
