Requirements
- 5â7+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical advertising editorial role, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Deep expertise in AMA style, with strong working knowledge of FDA/OPDP regulations for medical/pharma advertising
- Strong editorial judgment, problemâsolving skills, and comfort operating in fastâmoving or ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with editorial/QA tools such as GlobalVision, Hive, Content Compare or similar proofing tools
- Positive, collaborative communicator with the ability to influence teams across creative, account, and operations
- Comfortable adopting and championing AIâenabled editorial workflows and new technologies
