Join McLaren's team of skilled machinists to create high-quality CNC programs and precision engineered metallic components, driving performance on track. You will work with a large team to deliver high-quality parts with diligence, playing your part in building a new race car.
Requirements
- Experienced craftsperson with Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent
- Skilled in machining small batch precision components in motorsport/aerospace environments
- Proficient in programming using Edgecam or OPENMIND CAM software
- Experience with virtual machine or simulation tools
- Extensive experience with Mazatrol, Heidenhain, or Fanuc control systems
- Excellent communication and professional approach
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly self-motivated
- Proactive in improving processes and ways of working
- Composed and professional under pressure
- Team player who is respectful and results-driven
