Softlines Manager, Licensing

The Softlines Manager, Licensing will be responsible for the day-to-day category management and commercial performance of key licensing partners within the McLaren Racing portfolio, ensuring contractual rights are fully leveraged through well-structured, commercially driven product ranges.

Requirements

• Proven experience in global Softlines product development, category management or brand management within licensing, apparel or fashion retail
• Strong technical product development expertise across apparel and accessories
• Solid experience managing and developing a team
• Extensive experience working with and managing licensees, agencies and suppliers
• Strong understanding of licensing fundamentals, category growth levers, go-to-market strategy and multi-channel marketing principles
