Requirements

Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations
Greets patients and assists in responding to their needs in the pharmacy
Responsible for investigating and resolving third-party payment issues
Serves patients with a professional, caring demeanor for quality patient experience
Prioritizes and fills prescriptions based on specifics such as waiters, discharges, pyxis, etc
Accurately count and close each register nightly, create daily deposit form, make change for bank each morning
Works together with Pharmacists, other technicians, and all related health care members to help assist patients
Maintain and refill robot daily
Assist Pharmacist in daily operations of the outpatient pharmacy
