Job Description
The McMahon Truck Centers' family of Mack and Volvo Truck dealerships is looking to expand its team and is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. The role includes greeting customers, creating service repair orders, and keeping customers informed of the status of repairs. Requirements
- 2-3 years service advisor experience in related industry or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Respectable comprehension of dealer business systems and computer skills
- Clean driving record
- Pass drug screen and background check
- Basic technical knowledge or aptitude desired
- Customer service/relations experience desired
- Strong aptitude or experience with computer technology
