Job Description
McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Litigation Attorney for their South Carolina division. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law and have experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and property law. Responsibilities include handling case files from start to finish, assisting with court hearings, and preparing legal documents.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain knowledge of state laws and civil procedure.
- Be responsible for litigation caseload including probate, title curative, wrongful foreclosure, etc.
- Attorney will be responsible for a case from referral through disposition, settlement, or verdict.
- Respond to disputes, adhere to investor guidelines, and comply with state and federal requirements.
