Job Description
McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Litigation Attorney for their Georgia division. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Georgia, and experienced in foreclosure law, bankruptcy, litigation, and property law. The firm offers a competitive benefits package and a focus on serving financial institutions.
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain knowledge of state laws and civil procedure.
- Experience in probate, title curative, wrongful foreclosure, title disputes, eviction matters, tax issues, etc.
- Active membership in the State Bar of Georgia (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law with a focus on finance, real estate, or representation of financial institutions.
- Experience in real estate, mortgage and/or commercial litigation preferred.
- Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA (preferred).
