Job Description
We're seeking a hands-on Risk Enablement Manager to turn frameworks into practical, value-adding solutions across our growing, listed financial services organisation. As a delivery-focused role for a true risk practitioner, you'll work at the centre of the business to strengthen controls, uplift risk maturity and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise or operational risk within financial services or a regulated environment
- Strong RCSA, incident management and control design capability
- Experience with GRC systems (Protecht preferred but not essential)
- Executive-level communication skills
- A practical, delivery-oriented mindset with confidence to challenge constructively
