Job Description
The Cook is responsible for preparing food items for the restaurant while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. Responsible for meal preparation, food safety certification, cleanliness, and organization of kitchen and work areas.
Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekend based on the demands of the hotel
- Arrival and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time
