The Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring all guests enjoy a friendly arrival and departure experience, while addressing all needs and requests in a timely, efficient and hospitable manner. This includes greeting guests, checking guests in and out, and handling any issues or concerns that may arise during their stay.
