Job Description
We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at MD7, a digital infrastructure consultancy. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and HR administration.
Requirements
- 4 plus years' experience working in HR
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
