MD7, a digital infrastructure consultancy, is seeking a passionate HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in our continued expansion. The HR Generalist is responsible for a wide range of duties, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and HR administration.
Requirements
- 4 plus years' experience working in HR
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Support performance check in processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback is provided to employees
- Assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities and implementing performance development plans
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop relevant employee training programs
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and through digital platforms
- Work closely with the wider HR team to develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure company policies are effectively communicated and consistently applied
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's HR practices remain compliant
- Assist in handling HR-related audits and compliance reporting
- Update contracts where necessary to ensure we are compliant with the current country specific legislation
- Support benefits administration, enrolment, and changes
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and employee surveys
- Participate in HR-related projects, including process improvement initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
