As a Servicedesk Operations Employee, you will handle customer complaints, solve problems, and support the Engineering team in ensuring the operation of customer infrastructure and implementing new solutions.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship with EFZ as ICT professional, ICT user support, ICT helpdesk employee, ICT technician, computer scientist, or comparable training
- Good communication skills and joy in direct customer contact
- Outstanding service and customer orientation
- Excellent German language skills; other languages are an asset
- Solution-oriented behavior and high quality awareness
- Independent, precise, responsible, and speedy work
- Fundamental knowledge in the application and operation of Microsoft Windows, Office, iOS, and MacOS, as well as experience in supporting these platforms
- Category B driving license (mandatory)
