Job Description
MDOTM is looking for an outstanding Operations Specialist to help translate the company's long-term strategy into day-to-day operations. The role will involve supporting senior management, creating presentations, and managing clients, as well as proposing developments to improve clients' experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
- 1+ years work experience (including internships)
- Clear and effective communication, analysis and time management skills
- Analytic mindset and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive and creative problem solver who is able to take responsibility and work effectively with other members of the team to deliver great results
- Proficient English level (C1 or above)
