The Director, Practice Success leads a team of Success Managers to drive measurable growth, member retention, and operational excellence across the region. The role develops and empowers the team to serve as strategic consultants and coaches, ensuring affiliates adopt best practices, achieve membership and revenue goals, and deliver exceptional member experiences.
Requirements
- Drive regional results by aligning strategies with MDVIP leadership priorities, analyzing performance, and holding direct reports accountable for consultative engagement and measurable outcomes
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Success Managers to ensure effective territory management and achievement of growth goals
- Oversee onboarding and continuous training programs for affiliates and staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational excellence
- Utilize Salesforce and Power BI to analyze data, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and prioritize actions to drive market growth within budget
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with other Practice Success Directors to optimize resources, solve problems, and improve outcomes across regions
- Coach and observe direct reports, conduct readiness and success workshops, and develop strong physician advocates to support new affiliate success
