Director Market Development

This role focuses on developing and leading a sales team, including coaching sales team members and utilizing a sales model. The Director will focus on territory growth, identifying sales opportunities, and acting as a driving force for business success. This position also requires strong communication, collaboration, and business development skills, as well as a commitment to customer outcomes and employee growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in leadership capacity
• 5+ years’ experience in the healthcare/sales/marketing field
• Proficiency in business analytics (Excel and CRMs)
• Understanding of healthcare trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
