Job Description
Join MDVIP as a temporary Survey Representative, supporting our Patient Contact Center's role in the physician acquisition process. Conduct scripted inbound and outbound telephone campaigns with MDVIP customers and prospects, establishing rapport quickly and accurately dispositions each contact following the call.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least one year of customer service or volunteer experience
- Ability to type 45 words per minute
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual ability is highly desirable
