As an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate, you will work with contractors, builders, and customers to support their building material needs, develop product knowledge, and build relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Prior inside sales or counter sales experience in construction or building materials
- Construction knowledge or hands-on building experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
