Job Description
Meadowbrook Church is seeking a Full-Time MBC Kids Director to lead their Children's Ministry with a focus on developing a team, creating a safe and engaging environment for children, and advancing the church's mission. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Youth or Children's Ministry, or equivalent experience, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence, servant leadership, and family values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Youth or Children's Ministry
- At least 5 years of experience in a church with an average weekly attendance of 1,000 or more
- Self-starter with a passion for moving the mission forward
- Team-builder and developer of leaders
- Ability to hold confidential information
- Personal relationship with God
