Job Description
MealSuite is seeking a bilingual customer support specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support roles, preferably in the foodservice or tech industry, and will be able to communicate fluently in French. The role involves facilitating delivery to customers, managing incoming queries, and improving technology.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of direct experience in customer support roles
- Experience with Customer Success Management tools, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or other foodservice tech software
- Experience in the foodservice, acute care, or tech industry strongly preferred
- Clear and concise communicator, able to explain complex topics in a way that’s easy for customers to understand
- Analytical and investigative problem-solver, motivated to dig into issues thoroughly and follow through until resolution
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
