Engineering Manager

MealSuite is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and support their Clinical Pillar engineering team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day engineering operations, contributing to technical design decisions, and driving delivery against product and engineering goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Agile development processes and practices
• Experience with technical project planning and delivery
• Ability to contribute to system design and solve complex technical challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Solid project management and time management abilities
• Experience working with modern web technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails and/or React)
