Engineering Manager

CloudStorm Ventures is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and support the EDGEauditor and Vetlogix product. The role will be responsible for building, mentoring, and managing the engineering team, as well as providing strong technical and delivery leadership to ensure the successful development and execution of the platform initiatives.

Requirements

• Oversee and lead both Frontend and Backend engineering teams
• Monitor and maintain system reliability, performance and security
• Conduct regular check-ins and 1:1 meetings with engineering team members
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal systems, processes, and policies
• Provide hands-on support in debugging complex code issues and resolving architectural challenges
• Lead the technical design and architecture of scalable and maintainable solutions
