Talent Acquisition Consultant

Talent Acquisition Consultant at Mears Group, leading specialist housing provider with a strong social purpose. The role involves attracting, hiring, and retaining high-quality talent across designated business areas, working closely with hiring managers and providing expert recruitment support. The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter with strong relationships skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• Friendly and approachable, with the ability to build positive relationships
• High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Proactive, with the confidence to use initiative and take ownership of tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Resilient, adaptable and confident making independent decisions
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with ATS systems (Workday desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
