Talent Acquisition Consultant at WSP to shape and scale the business, recruiting talented people for impactful Infrastructure and Building projects. Work with leadership teams, lead end-to-end recruitment, and represent the business as an ambassador.

Requirements

• Significant recruitment experience within Transport, Rail, Road, Water, Energy or Environmental sectors.
• Experience working in-house is preferred, though agency recruiters with relevant sector exposure and a consultative approach are very welcome.
• Excellent stakeholder management, confident influencing hiring managers and building trusted relationships.
• Expert using LinkedIn Recruiter with experience of ERP systems – Oracle preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, advise and present ideas clearly.
• Highly organised, delivery-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Strong systems and digital sourcing capability, with an interest in continuous improvement.
