Gas Turbine Senior Mechanical Engineer (7FA)

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC has an opening for a senior-level Gas Turbine Mechanical Engineer to provide technical leadership across gas turbine repair scopes. The role owns technical decision-making, mentors engineers, and ensures repair execution aligns with quality, schedule, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience supporting gas turbine repair, service, or manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated leadership experience (technical lead, team lead, mentoring, or managing engineering contributors)
• Proven shop-floor experience and credibility—comfortable being hands-on, present, and decisive in a production setting
• Strong, practical experience with GE 7FA platforms (required)
