Plumbing Field Supervisor

This Plumbing Field Supervisor position involves managing daily plumbing activities on new residential construction projects, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include job site team management, punch list creation, work scope control, and proactive safety improvements.

Requirements

• 5 years or more of previous new construction residential and/or commercial construction experience is a must.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage the plumbing scope from start to finish, including underground and top-out plumbing.
• Thorough knowledge of Plumbing installation and construction plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bilingual is a plus.
