Plumbing Field Supervisor

This Plumbing Field Supervisor role involves managing and overseeing the daily plumbing activities on new residential construction projects. The supervisor will administer company procedures, ensure code compliance, and maintain quality, customer satisfaction, and crew efficiency. Responsibilities include job site inspections, punch list creation, production cost management, and proactive safety improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of prior new construction and/or commercial construction experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Ability to manage plumbing scope from start to finish (laying, overseeing phases, underground, top-out, trim-out)
• Knowledge of plumbing installation and technical aspects
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with ability to read construction plans
