Senior Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role combines advanced SQL expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and business acumen to partner with stakeholders and technical teams to solve complex problems, improve performance, and enable data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field
• 4–5+ years of experience in business or data analysis with strong SQL focus
• Advanced SQL proficiency (e.g., complex joins, CTEs, window functions, indexing, optimization)
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, relational databases, and ETL concepts
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R preferred
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) preferred
• Experience in healthcare or other data-intensive industries preferred
• Experience working in fast-paced or agile environments preferred
