Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual with a strong desire to contribute to humanitarian work and commit to the aims and values of MSF to join our team in Taipei. The IT Officer ensures the efficient functioning, security, and development of MSF Taiwan’s IT infrastructure and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 2-year relevant IT generalist experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, technical support, or system/network administration.
- Exposure to cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams telephony) and on-premises infrastructure management.
- Advanced experience with website DevOps or Salesforce is highly preferable.
- Basic sense of cybersecurity
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines.
- Good communication skills are a must.
- Possesses an open-minded spirit, demonstrate a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Communication level in both spoken and written English
